Chambre de Bonne is not registered for VAT pursuant to Art. 10 of the Swiss VAT Act (LTVA).

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through this website.

By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Swiss law applies exclusively.

The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.

Chambre de Bonne specializes in curated vintage and second-hand designer garments.

All items are pre-owned and may show signs of age, wear, or minor imperfections consistent with their history.

Such characteristics do not constitute defects.

All product descriptions, measurements, and photographs form an integral part of the contractual agreement.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all provided information before purchase.

All prices are listed in CHF unless otherwise stated.

Chambre de Bonne is not subject to Swiss VAT pursuant to Art. 10 LTVA.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Payment is due immediately upon order confirmation.

Ownership of goods remains with Chambre de Bonne until full payment has been received.

Orders are shipped from Switzerland.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Chambre de Bonne is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs authorities.

Risk transfers to the customer upon handover of the goods to the shipping carrier.

All sales are final.

Chambre de Bonne does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

There is no contractual right of withdrawal.

This applies to both domestic and international orders.

Any such claim must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence.

All designer items are carefully sourced and verified to the best of our knowledge and expertise.

Chambre de Bonne guarantees authenticity.

Liability is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence.

To the extent permitted by law, any further liability is excluded.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.

Swiss law applies exclusively.
