Refund policy

All sales are final.

Chambre de Bonne does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

There is no contractual right of withdrawal.

This applies to both domestic and international orders.

An exception may only apply in the case of a material defect or significant misdescription.

Any such claim must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence.
